Warm-up 8:00 am – Heats begin 9:00 am

Entry Fee: $20.00 prior to 5-24-2004, $25.00 after 6pm on 5-29-2004.

Heats and lane assignments will be posted at the Recreation Center by 6pm on Sunday 5/30/2004. Late entries are limited to space available in lanes 9 & 10 double occupancy, manual timing only. Total swimmer limit 80.

Age groups: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.

Swimmers will receive a “goody bag” and shirt.

Awards will be given to the top three men and women in each age category.

Awards will be presented immediately following the final heat of the event @ 1PM.

Swimmers must check in at least 15 minutes prior to their assigned heat. There will be a maximum of 12 swimmers per heat seeded slowest to fastest. Lanes 1 – 8 will be individual lanes with automatic timing. Lanes 9 & 10 will contain a maximum of 2 swimmers and will use manual timing.

Swimmers must provide their own combination timer/lap counter.

TRIATHLON PARTICIPANTS ONLY: Separate awards will be presented to individuals who are registered and compete in all of the following events: Iron Horse Bicycle Classic(not the citizen’s race), the Narrow Gauge 10 mile run and the Narrow Horse 1500m Swim.
