This event is a fund raiser for the American Cancer Society.  This year's event will  be held at the Escalante Middle School track, starting at 8:00 PM on Friday evening, June 8, 2001, and ending at 8:00 AM on Saturday morning, June 9, 2001.

Entry requires a team (or individual) registration fee of $100.00, plus a minimum amount of collected pledges (payable to the American Cancer Society) of $100.00 per team member.  A team can have up to 15 members.  Music, fun, and games will go on all night to keep participants amused (and awake).

This is an excellent event for the whole community and proceeds from the fund raising directly benefit cancer patients in the local area.  This is a casual event (i.e., not a race) for most of the participants.  It is an emotional celebration of victory for cancer survivors and a remembrance for those who have lost the battle.
