REGISTRATION FORM

The Fastest 5k’s in the West Race Series is presented by the FLC cross country program. The winner of the series in each category will be awarded a FREE pair of Mizuno shoes. The category breakdowns will be:

Male / Female

Under 39 / 40 and over

First place will receive 10 points per race, 2^nd-8, 3^rd-6, 4^th-5, 5^th-4, 6^th-3, 7^th-2, 8^th-1

_____$15 Family entry (2 or more family members per event)

OR

_____$10 Adult entry (per event)

_____$7 Discount entry (per event)

(Discount available for: FLC students and faculty, Children under 12 and all DMT members)

_____Animas River Trail 5k. February 26 @ Santa Rita Park, 10:00am.

_____Fastest 5k. April 23 @ Fort Lewis Track, 10:00am. Due to the downhill nature of the

race, no baby joggers or strollers will be allowed.

The Hozhoni Days 5k and the Narrow Gauge 5k are races held by separate entities. They will count towards the race series results, however all details and race specifics are not the responsibility of FLC cross country.

Hozhoni Days 5k. April 2 @ Fort Lewis College. Registration available only at

the FLC Native American Center.

Narrow Gauge 5k. May 29 @ Park Elementary. Contact Tico Navarro for registration info. 750-3371.
